What is it worth now? and what could it be worth with an active forum etc. ?

Without develpoment, could go for mid $xxx to an end user.

"UK music scene" gets only 13,700 on Google and zilch on overture. Not worth anything unless developed.

Undeveloped it isn't going to do much, but there is a strong uk music scene out there, so slap a forum and a few media articles up there, and get a few members, some backlinks and a PR rating, and it could be worth $X,XXX IMHO.
