I realize that.
But as a capital city name thats been taken up in all extensions, I am forced to believe that its worth more than reg fee.

about $10-$20 reseller IMO, demand for this type of odd capital is slim, plus
ULAN-BATOR.org and .biz are still available, I actually think ulan-bator.org is better, yes Hyphen and all..but its not a U.S. city and for people not familiar where or what it is the hyphenated version might actually work better
