American Express came after me with a cease and desist letter when I used to own AmericanaExpress.com. I actually registered it for my brother who records his own Americana music. I told them I planned to use it as a music site but they still threatened to begin legal proceedings. I never heard from them again. I never developed it and let it expire anyway.
