I've owned this domain name since it was first registered in 1999. Until about a year ago it was a simple search engine. Last year I added a question / answer feature and have built on it a little at a time over the past year.

The website typically receives about 1,000 unique visitors per day and earnes between $5 - $10 per day in AdSense, though I am not selling the site based on its current traffic level or income, but rather its potential and the fact that has a great 1-word, 7 character relevent English domain name AND includes the .net and .org versions of the domain name. When was the last time you've seen a 7 character English domain name for sale with all 3 .com / .net / .org versions? This very well might be the last time you see this.

Here are traffic stats: http://unasked.com/images/stats-Feb-Mar.jpg

The site has been custom coded (by me) and runs on a Windows server with ASP and SQL Server 2000. You will receive the website files and the SQL Server files, and I can assist you in setting it up. The search engine part of the site uses a feed from a partner site, so the search technology is not included with the sale of this site. I'd recommend using Google co-op or a similar service to replace the search function if that is what you want to do.

Currently the site has about 130 registered members, it has only allowed users to register since the end of January, so it has accumulated these members in just over 2 months.

I'm selling this site to help pay my taxes. I would much rather hold on to this as let it appreciate in value of the next few years.

Transaction to be handled through escrow.com, with the transaction fees split between the buyer and seller.

I will set the BIN at $19,500 though I might consider lower offers. I reserve the right to end the sale without selling at any time.

Do you have a reserved price? Also what is the lowest price you are willing to accept. I doubt someone will spend almost 20k for a website making only $200 - 300/month. Thanks

It happens all the time, actually.

We currently have an offer of $15,000. We'll probably go at least until April 17th (tax day) before we'd decide to sell for less than the BIN.

Thanks.
