Can you provide any information on why the sales volume went way up for a few years, and most recently has come way down. It also looks like the margin went up. Can you provide any info on why these two things happened... it would be important for trying to project future earnings. Thanks.

The sales volatility is the direct result of the boom and bust cycle the economy went through. Its the same situation countless other companies experienced. The key thing the company has done is reducing their expenses thus resulting in a better margin. The company made it through the brutal two year technology recession and has emerged lean and mean!
