closed uncultivated.com, your $ thoughts please

I'm negotiating to purchase a premium name and I can't quite afford it so the seller has expressed interest in the name "uncultivated.com", but I cannot decide how to value it...

what do you think uncultivated.com is worth to an end user, because that's what he is, he's a Web designer and has a site with banned commercials, mp3 parodies, jokes etc, that I assume he would use this name for.

I tend to agree, uncultivated.com is not worth much as a domain. Definitely less than $50.

I do not agree, and lucky for me, the guy I'm dealing with also doesn't agree, lol!

(I'm just waiting for a reply from him as to how we will handle the transfer, and if he agrees, I'm gonna get another kick-ass domain.)

good luck. I say its not even worth a $6 registration fee, but to an end developer it could be completely different.
