I thinjk its a good idea if you want to any way. Post a list of all known stolen names and ones returned/locked down so far. Wouldnt want to see others scammed and if they know to avoid it it helps both you and them. jmo

The only way he'd get sent to the US is by force in a case like this. What can happen if a charge sticks here is he will be banned from the US for life. Among other countries who don't allow even shoplifters to cross into their jurisdiction.

Even if he did everything here, If he has no previous criminal record. He wont be doing any time.

I see alot of Canadian, even Ontarionian input here.. includes DNF hosting this (Ontario again). You all might want to realize the implications of your involvement in the event 9mm is not of sound mind, a juvenile even.

Implications ? Telling someone to come clean and avoid legal issues is what this kid has been told by me to do. If he goes and off's himself over this he has himself to blame. Last I heard catching a theif wasnt a crime. Heck we have yet to have proof he is 16, even still I would never tell someone to kill themself, heck I say come clean and all wil work out.

IMO half the blame goes to experienced members of this forum who seem to have no self preservation mechanism.

A new user to the forum who has the literary aptitude of a teenager starts throwing around xxx,xxx names. DUH, how many times have we seen this..

Question is, is it real info ? That is the problem. Now if we had someone inside3 godaddy who could verify his real sign up/ payment method ! Legal action can move quicker all be it to Turkey :( But he still has a money collector in Toronto so !

I'm from Ontario myself. It's my opinion your pushing this kid (supposedly a kid) over the edge. Not on your own but with some help. I find it apparent he has the capacity at this point to cause himself harm. Perhaps make more bad choices. And even after he agreed to help in resolving the issues. Accept his help at this point and allow him to take whats coming to him by the law. A phone call would be the best in this situation but I know from a week or two ago that he doesnt do the phone thing.

My Opinion, For the record: The kid did wrong here (knowingly). The only way for him to come out of this on top is to help clean it up .... Quickly
