i have www.unru.com for sale, last month it got an avarage of 38 uniques a day, traffic mainly comes from incoming links and directories. im looking for mid to high $xx offers, please pm me with your offers

i haven't put any ads on the site yet, but you can put ads in at the top of every iframe, and/or add popups/popunders etc to generate revenue

sale is for the domain and site (the site is a free script) i'll also host the site till the end of august if needed

Looks fine here. Also, "Unruh" is a last name in the US but the "h" is silent - you might be getting traffic from there as well.
