Wanted: Domain Untargetted UK expired or pop traffic wanted!

Im looking for UK traffic in all forms (redirected domains or pops). Must at least be able to send a few thousand UK uniques/day but the more traffic you can send the better.

Paying up to $3-4/cpm for great quality traffic (all genuine uniques, does not have to be targetted).

If anyone know where to get this kind of traffic or have something to offer pls post here or send a pm.
