I know there have been some flat-out terrible decisions- I don't deny that. But on the whole, I think that panelists are "generally fair."

I cant understand why the guy that had sex.biz lost it. It seems to unfair, makes American judges look biased to us law.

I can't understand that decision either. But, it is currently being challenged in Korean court, so the registrant might not lose the domain name.
