DNF SLD Checker Update on SLD Checker

Great updates @birajst!!! I can see that we are displaying now even more TLDs!!!

compared 2 keywords with dotbbd - "liene" and "api".. though dotdb does show more results (not a huge difference anymore - we are coming closer and closer) > our related keyword results, I personally think, is much better :) great job!!!

SLD Checker – Progress Update

Hey everyone! 👋

It has been a while since my last update here so I wanted to share what I have been working on behind the scenes.

Live Fallback Improvements
Since introducing the Live Fallback system, I have continued improving it so searches can handle missing or unavailable data more reliably.

Expanded TLD Coverage
A major focus has been on supporting more TLDs and registration extensions so SLD Checker can provide results across a much broader range of domains.

Infrastructure & Performance
There has also been quite a bit of internal work around data processing, performance and overall reliability. Most of this is not immediately visible from the frontend but it is important groundwork for scaling SLD Checker further.

API Access – Upsnatch.com
A milestone worth mentioning is that I have provided SLD Checker API access to Upsnatch.com, which is also helping validate and improve the API for external integrations.

There is still plenty being worked on, particularly around expanding coverage further and improving the underlying system. More updates soon! 🚀

Sorry for the late reply, been heads down in work lately!

I've been mainly focused on three things. Improving how the system discovers new TLDs automatically in the background, expanding the fallback so when stored data is missing it goes and fetches results live, and cleaning up how TLD data is collected and stored so it is more accurate and consistent. It is mostly behind the scenes work but it directly feeds into the coverage numbers you see in results. 😊
