moniker Update on TrafficClub and Moniker

I am interested in switching to TrafficClub and Moniker based on comments read here. There is an older thread started last year about TrafficClub. I was hoping to get some current information regarding satisfaction. Specifically interested in the value of switching from domain sponsor:

Have your click through rates improved?
Has your revenue per click improved?
How do you like the manual optimization process?

Thanks for any feedback on this or on using Moniker vs. Godaddy.
