yes, this is a turnkey template, however, the domain is very unique and a .com

Upload Planet...it could be the start of a group of sites, it just needs the right owner.

The domain is good and brandable but not worth 100s probably worth 20 or so. And i'm not trashing just trying to prevent someone from paying too much for a turnkey site .

Its non of your business if he wishes to charge 100s for his site. Its the buyers responsibility to research the site they are purchasing, if they take a quick glance and buy it, and later find out its not what they wanted then they shouldnt be in this business.

Your not helping anyone, your simply hurting the seller.
