$400 offered by me.

I sent seller a PM about how to pay and he has still not responded yet.......it has been a week......

You didn't want to pay the full amount ($200 something now with paypal, then for some unwarranted 12 days later the rest of the payment), I have discussed this with you. You are also a newer member on this forum with no reputation, this is a slight red flag.

I have had it happen before. Pay half for the domain name and then never follow through 12 days later.

Thanks,

Yes since you wanted payment via paypal I asked if I could pay 1/2 upfront 1/2 after a traffic test to verify everything. This is really the only way I know to protect myself. You declined this, so I offered to pay via escrow.com so that we were both protected. Here is our PM convo:

Hello,

I'm going to pass on that offer. From Paypal's standpoint, you have already paid for the full domain at half price, and then simply after twelve days there is silence. This has happened before from a low post user. Thanks for contacting.

Very well, I understand your concern. Another solution is that we could use escrow.com, and split the fees, so that we are BOTH protected. Let me know if this works and I'll start the transaction on escrow.com using your email

It was after I sent you the PM about using escrow.com, you went silent.
