I just made a bulk purchase on a few domains... one of them that I didn't realize what it was was until I researched it was upn13 (in Dallas it's upn21).. I asked the seller and he said he never received a C&D order still I think it's stupid of me to even think of keeping these blatant TM violation of domains....

Now, Fox owns upn13.com and I now own upn13.net & .org... I'd like to trasnfer these domains out to News Corp or Fox Entertainment and been trying to get an email address to reach them searching by existing UDRP and WIPO but found nothing...

if anybody here has been contacted by them and/or can provide me with an email I'd greatly appreciate it..

Relax ... no need to do anything. UPN and WB are being merged together into a new network called CW.

UPN will soon be a distant memory ... you might as well just point it to PPC and forget about it, since I doubt CW will come calling, since they too would like to forget about UPN.
