For Sale UrbanLegends.com - earns about $2.5k/month

Recently got urbanlegends.com, on which I am considering offers.

Gets an average of 6k-7k daily uniques (about 40k daily pageviews), however when in google gets 15k-30k.

When it was in google it was a PR8, only had it for a month so havent had the time to try to get it back in the index.

Currently makes on average $80 a day ($2.5k a month) from psychic adsense ads.

Considering both sale and trade offers (or combination or both).
