How can you say no TM issues? It is a registered trademark in Canada. Forum rules state no selling of blantant TM domains and this is blantant.

Gotta agree with Namefox here.

This is an obvious TM violation. I live in Canada and UrbanPlanet is a reasonably large clothing company.

Considering that the ads being displayed relate to clothing this has the hallmark of a TM violation.

also...as it was reg'd Jan 8 2011 you couldn't even transfer it to someone if they bought it until March 10

I am surprised why didn't Urban Plant register it themselves. They had all the chance since the domain was registered just a month ago.

The official website is Urban-Planet.com and there is a .ca version registered as well which was registered back on Oct of 2010. A big
company like that should have registered all of the versions. Imagine losing out on so much traffic and revenue. But then again domainers
are there to take advantage and have a piece of the pie lol
