the domain really has no product marketability and sticking a "u" in front of the word doesn't make much sense.

Ok, i might have to get back to the person. I was just thinking of making a site that would be geared towards productive ways of saving, making and protecting self through hard times.

It is not a good idea to put the name in appraisal if you are serious to sell it.
