I got an offer from a company willling to buy the domain.

I requested them to quote and they have asked me to come up with expected price.

As I am also very eager to close and sell this name, will request you to please help in ascertaining how much shall I put my asking price?

I expect it to be above $xxxx min.

"eager to sell" means you might have to aim low.
The e-commerce part is nice, it's the accurate way of writing "ecommerce", much like "e-mail" is the proper way of writing "email".
Is the company in India? You need to adjust your asking price to the specifics of that market.

No, the company is US based. Also his english confirmed that while using color (in india, it is colour).

I cannot expect it to go lower then $xxxx .

As I am also willing to selll it , how should i proceed so that the mail anyhow does not show my too eagerness to sell !!
