I need somone from Moniker to contact me ASAP. They have not replied on 2 of my emails sent to [email protected], and i cannot call them everytime i have something, as i'm not in the US.

I have started the transfer of ---.bz to Moniker on 2007-12-17 from Enom. Enom did NOT receive a transfer request from Moniker. The domain will be expired in a few days if it is not transferred.

I'd seriously consider renewing it at eNom, since chances are the transfer will take some time to go through anyway.

IIRC, monte [at] moniker.com will let you email Monte Cahn directly.

I will renew it, problem is, i already paid for renewal at Moniker, and at Enom it costs a LOT (=50$ / year). If Moniker would only care about its customers i wouldnt need to pay an additional 50$ now. Thats not what i call a customer support.

Tetrapak - .bz is a manual paper pushing registry. orders do not get processed in two weeks there....try 30 - 60 days.

People at Moniker are great. I just made a big mistake with my Moniker domains and they immediately responded to help solve the problem. I'm sure they can help you.
