Hello,

If I placed a bid on a domain name and the seller accepts the offer, but I have not accepted the terms yet, am I obligated to go through with the sale?

I've been under the impression that this isn't possible, but then why have the terms at that point anyway?

Thank you!

Were the terms of the sale listed when you placed the bid? or did he tell you the terms after you bid and he accepted?

Oh, then yes you do have to go through with the sale as I think the terms are shown to you when you bid.
