Update: Problem has been resolved, thanks to Micah / Dotster!

One of our domains (huge site) went down today because MyDomain moved the name server to a "badwhoisrecord.." nameserver.

Unfortunately, no one there seems to be reachable after hours.

Any direct contacts / help / ideas would be appreciated!
