US Appeals Court Strikes Down Contract Change Without Notice

A federal appeals court has ruled that companies can't change their contracts and post those revisions online without notifying customers first.

might want to check with your respective lawyers about this.

It's about damn time. They aught not to be able to change their contracts period without acceptance of all parties involved on any paid service.

If I pay for something under specific terms of service until my subscription expires those terms aught not to be changeable. I can't tell you how much bullshit that "These terms may change at our discretion" clause is.
