For Sale .us dropping cycle?

is .us dropping cycle different from the rest?

i follow a few .us domains, but it seems it is in pending delete status for more than 15 days....

Or it depends on the registrar? But it is already in pending delete...which means it is not controlled by the registrar anymore...
