It would be relatively easy to offer email service, but exactly how would one go about getting paid? Hmmmm......

I don't suppose Iraq residents have access to paypal, do they? :razz:

We don't even have access to paypal in Kuwait!

Not even if you're a citizen of an 'approved' country using a US dollar bank account.

Instead, paypal refuse your application and then send you unsolicited commercial email...

What type of payment solutions are available in that part of the world?
