I am trying to transfer joker.us from GD to Moniker..and it gives me the following error while setting up the transfer. Any idea?

JOKER.US,EPP Password Missing
F551489DFXXX411D,Domain Invalid

Thanks in advance,

Looks like it's trying to do 2 domains, one named JOKER.US one named F551489DFXX....

Put them both on the same line :-) Re-read how they want it formatted.

Also, you are posting your auth code publicly, probably not a good idea.

lol..thanks. I did try to transfer only one name that is joker.us. I changed the auth code here so no worries on privacy.

When I enter

Joker.us,F551489DFXX

Then it pops up with the error mentioned above (which appears in two lines)..Just to clarify.

Any more thoughts?

P.S> I did transfer thousands of domains (dot coms) before to Moniker..but never did a .US..

thanks again,

You may not have your .us registry info filled out at Moniker, but I agree with John, best to just give a call.

I am sorry for bringing up an old thread.

but I have had the same problem today, and found the solution!

DON'T PUT ANY SPACING in between them

example:
WRONG: domainhehehaha.com, dw29do293d1

CORRECT: domainhehehaha.com,dw29do293d1

hope this helps

It's not a bug Sdsinc - He didn't initiate the name for transfer in the proper format.

Thanks!

Ok, let's say the interface is not userproof then ;)
