Depends on who is offering as always and how badly they need the money from the domain.

But I would pay $5k for it and I am a domainer. I think an end user should be pushed to around $10k at least.

i'm a fan of .org, but in the 'used car' sense i don't like it with org.
i'm guessing they're after it as a four letter acronym in org, and they are great letters for that, but this is a very good offer still. maybe he can squeeze more as first offers are rarely last offers. don't get greedy though
