Development can change everything but the far better term, of course, would be 'UsedCars'. Also TV isn't a terribly great match unless it is related to television. Raw, they are worth a few hundred, at best.

Witchita.TV sold for $600 on SEDO recently. I bought 'Champs.TV' and 'StPetersburg.TV' for min bids at TDNAM recently for some value reference.

Go ahead and develop them, of course!

not alot higher than $$ to low $$$ reseller in my opinion, if you find an end user that wants to put up a little tv show about it certainly more..
