Who knows how she violated, but she did. Absolutely amazing. Out less than, what, 48 hours?

She will be sentenced this time, for sure. That "nolo contendere" plea was accepted WITH CONDITIONS and that will be totally tossed out now.

interesting...I was just reading that in the State of Florida, a previous plea a nolo contendere can be used against an offender and can be used as a prior conviction in future sentencing. If she is spending anytime in Florida, she had better stay straight or then the plea will be tossed out.

the irony is if Patty faked a birth certificate so badly she surely would be under lock and key

Starlita Similien was re-arrested on 8/28 because of "fraudulent use of a credit card" and "theft of service." This violated her probation terms and thus the previous case was re-opened.
