The arrest seems to have been made in her real name; that re-opened the case at the court where she was booked under the alias. So the court continues using the alias. It's the 2nd violation of her parole. First hearing was actually on 12/14/2012 and she's jailed until 1/30/2013 that her parole violation will be adjudicated.

This time around, she f*cked up by violating her probation terms not once, but twice.
