anyone know of a flexable CMS that allows user signups, and allows submits of a certain file, eg: an image, with file, description being the two main fields needed.
It would also need to have categories, comments and possibly ratings ... anyone know of anything like that?
I'm not looking for any nuke variants, or any of that 'site in a box' sort of stuff, what I'm thinking of is more specific to user submissions.
