User web page creation

I'm having a hard time finding a simple (or so it would seem) script . I need something that will allow users to signup and they are setup with a subaccount, an email at [email protected] that redirects to their personal email, and allow them to have access to this subaccount for page editing purposes.

I know i've seen one before and booked marked it but lost all of my bookmarks. Suggestions would be appreciated DNF given to the locator of such a script either this basic or even more complex. I'm familiar with sitestudio but I'm not looking for anything that advanced at the moment.

We've built a 'branding engine' for a client some time ago - they currently have 40 - 50 of their clients using the same backend but with entirely different designs.
