Username is already taken but it is not in the system?

So I decided once again to apply for Parked.com. I entered in all of my information but it said the username I chose (draggar) was taken. Huh, and I've been rejected in the past.

So, I click the forgot password link and I type in my username and it says it is not in the system. :?::?::?:

I tried several email addresses that I would use for a parking company and none were in the database.

thats normal because of the system , they track the information ,if somebody send pm to parked rep , they evaluate who is applied in the past ,they are looking the domain names , best thing that you can do in order to accepted write your hand reg domains ,if you bought from someonleses if the seller used the domain in his/her account , parked automated accepting system dont allow the domain thats why you were rejected.

Most of the domains that I've submitted were hand registered, maybe 1 or 2 were picked up from drop services or others (TDNAM etc..).
