I have a lot of domains in the military niche. No offers to date, and one or two end users that I've approached have expressed lack of interest.
I think USNavy.info is pretty much develop or drop. Maybe a sale up to high $xx low $xxx. Then again, somebody in the government might suddenly decide they need it -- in which case you'll have government overspending on your side.
USjob.info is more likely to sell, since people overseas might be looking for one and job sites can make money. Low to mid $xxx seems sensible.
