Over the past year, Stratford, Ontario has been working on developing their own university. They had a number of proposals, which included the Stratford College of Liberal Arts, and Stratford University, but these didn't fall through because they didn't have the capital. Instead the city decided to partner with Waterloo University, check this link for more info.
Now, although their initial idea didn't fall through the city is still committed to the idea of one day having their own campus. I've registered the following websites on Godaddy.com:
