Hi,
If someone has a good keyword domain name (e.g. "business") but it has a ccTLD (e.g. business.cctld) instead of a .com, .net, .org, etc then will it have any good value even if the end-user's website is not specifically related to the country of the ccTLD?

I don't think this is a yes or no question/answer.

There are very few keywords that fetch cash across ccTLD's, sex, poker, casino, mortgage, etc.

When you get into the next top 200 keywords, I think the question is more about the ccTLD then the keyword itself.

Value now? limited. Value in 5 years? Potentially massive.

Weight the risk/reward ratio and go for it.
