Value Of Lll.eu Domains To An End User?

I recently picked up a couple of LLL.eu domains in a drop and am going to have a crack at selling them to an end user biz.

What would be a sensible price to pitch?

Does anyone have a reasonably successful cold call email / Technique? (I have tried a few with no success)

Currently, there is no demand for .eu domains, and without knowing the letters, how could evaluate?
