With the exception of brands (which would be very low to $0 due to infringement potential) the question is extremely too vague. There are dozens of ccTLDs and some are worth more than others, by a long shot. A nn.us, nn.cn, or nn.ca is going to be worth A LOT more than an nn.bt or nn.bv. One good question would be - what ccTLD are you looking at / for?

It also depends on the numbers and / or letter combination. For English speaking ccTLDs, combination like IT, ME, or GO are going to be worth more than say ZV or XG.
