vaccinations.eu - nice one word - and with the bird flue in the UK and who knows what else around the corner - I can see great potentially. Will be interesting to see how people value it - I have a few two word .eus myself and I am interested in having them appraised aswell.

These are not so strong keywords (especially for Europe). Look at the ccTLDs registered using these names - only UK and nothing more (moreover travelvaccines.org still available). For 'vaccinations' I guess all 5 TLDs are just parking pages. Although for main TLDs 'vaccinations' is a decent keyword, with newly introduced ext. it does not carry any decent market value right now. But end-users often surprise us so I wish you a positive surprise.

I think this is a worthy speculation (investment). The .co.uk is taken for "vaccinations" and offers some interesting content by a man whose doctoral dissertation was on the topic of vaccinations.

More importantly, vaccines.co.uk is owned by GlaxoSmithKline, one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. So you are in workable territory.
