Didn't have time to develop, now selling.
The plan was to photoshop (apply effects) pictures and thus add a certain twist to the domain content, then add forums to encourage participation from others to provide their work and even run awards for the best pieces. Several different domains for different topics, all networking with SexPictureArt.com as an umbrella domain:

For user interaction via blog or forum or both, folks sharing what they REALLY want, invite the opposite sex for a small, yearly fee. For boys (for example) to learn what gals REALLY want and so on. Setup private, virtual meeting spots once traffic kicks in:
