If you have every been to an online forum then you have probably heard about vBulletin forum software. Well vBHackers.com is a forum that supports all those people that currently own vBulletin Licenses in an unOfficial manner.
This is a great site and a great opportunity for someone to get in on the forum market. While the posting rate is a tad low there are tons of active users each day which is hard to come by.
Almost 9,000+ members and adding around 20-30 a day. Over 400+ hacks available for others to download, and great vBulletin support from the staff.

Reason For Selling: Basically it came down to a decision that was out of my control. I found out 2 weeks ago that my wife is preg. and well it's time to save up some cash to pay for the medical bills. So regretfully I must unload some of my forums.
Revenue Details:
I have yet to monetize the site fully as it wasn't my main intention to make an income from this site. But there is some revenue that has been coming in.
I was approached and sold 3 banner spots last month for a total of $200.
I have vBSEO affiliate program running which made some $70 in it's first month. This is agreat affiliate program that gives a 1 year cookie time to generate sales. No doubt in my mind that this will drive some great income over time.
I have 1 google adsesne ad in the footer and 1 link ad on the hack pages that I recently added that generate about $1 a day. Again this is very minimal as I haven't really integrated it much.
Traffic Details:
Traffic really comes from everywhere. From search engines, word of mouth, other vbulletin related sites, other forum related sites. The traffic has been great and moving upward over the last few months also. So it's def. in a growth direction.
