Wanted: Service vBulletin Expert Needed - Design Work Also

Hi Everybody,

I have a busy forum that needs to be improved - I would need a very experienced vBulletin Developer who knows all of the bells and whistles of vBulletin.
- Clean up database and backup database with suggestions on best solution.
- Define user groups and user names (consolidate, purge wherea pplicable and so forth)
- Optimize adsense and other affiliate programs.
- Suggest plug ins where applicable.
- Design changes for simplicity and appealing appearance.
- More suggestions - I need this person to suggest to me the best way to set up the site and also develop more forums for private members subscription (possibly) and so forth.

Note: I will need to see some examples of your work.
