Wanted: Service Vbulletin Installion Request , Portal, and a few Hacks!

Hi Guys,
I am in need of a hand to get the latest version of vbulletin installed on my server .... EarthCry.com

I also am requesting that someone can install some hacks and a portal for me exactly the same as my other forum www.BeautUtes.com

Its a very basic request and I am on a small budget, so if you can help it would be greatly appreciated!

I have another forum as well which needs installing so if you do a good job, you will be hired for that project to!
