They also put in an anti-takeover strategy giving the board of directors the right to buy shares at 50% of the price at the time that a possible take over is implemented. The cost .oo1 per right.

Appears that they are worried about someone trying to take them over while their price is soooo low.

You think maybe ICANN is trying to protect them by giving them the WLS service?

Their stock might hit a new 52-week low this week. Couldn't happen to a more deserving company.
