Latest decision on the Verizon and Navigation Catalyst suit:

http://www.ilrweb.com/pfdocuments/ilrpdfs/verizoncal_v_navigation.pdf

Not surprised with the injunction towards Navigation, but rather surprised with
the one towards the registrar itself. To think that Network Solutions has like 2
decisions of this sort in their favor, but...I guess things are different now.

Whopp dee doo..they still are'nt "allowed" to register verizon wireless domains...funny thing is they never were allowed to do so to begin with! LMAO :pound: Justice served lol

*whoop

Focus, I'm going to file for an injunction against you hitting me with a baseball bat forevermore henceforth.

Ohhh I love it when you talk dirty to me baby....you know how much I like baseball bats!

LOL... yeah injunctions sometimes work, but in this case there is a clear and undeniable history (and ongoing history) of infringement... I think they will have to start chasing them with a steel sword with many 0's on the end to make them stop. I bet they just registered 10 more typos while I wrote this :worried:
