I am considering selling my site www.scriptdownloads.com
I have previously received a $20,000 offer about 2 months ago but declined it, and I am asking for more than $20,000(doesnt mean i'll sell for 20,000).
Now, some information about the site:
Programmers submit their scripts on the site, then demos are setup and then we sell the scripts for the programmers, keeping a small percentage (can be changed).
The site requires basically no maintenance, except to answer emails every now and then as well as pay the programmers when they request their money, and then empty their account.
There is a small admin section, but only to verify scripts. Once a user pays for a script via paypal, the site uses paypal IPN to automatically add the script to the users account.
Now I will add a few features for the winner to the admin section so they dont have to mess with mysql too much.
Also, you'd have to setup demos if you wanted to do it. I know someone that sets them up extremely cheap, which the buyer would get the info for.
Domain: www.scriptdownloads.com is a very high quality domain and alone is pretty valuable

Now, most of the sites traffic is from SE's (search engines).
It has received traffic from over 3700 different keyphrases.
Some of its more popular keywords that it ranks pretty highly for is:
php scripts, php script, asp scripts, webmaster scripts, script downloads, free php scripts, autosurf script, kings of chaos clone, buy php scripts, cgiproxy, asp login script and many many more!
Now, the site currently has 51400 pages indexed in google, and marketleap gives it a backlink value of 112,000 which is VERY high. Googles backlink number fluctuates between 107 and 1200 but these numbers are very old and havent updated in several months, plus google has been strange lately
. Look at the yahoo and MSN backlink numbers for the most up to date stats.
Also all the above numbers are not including demos.scriptdownloads.com which has all the demos setup, which has thousands of more pages.
Now the site was launched near July of last year. Thus, the site is much less than one year old, and amazingly has grown tremendously! The site has HUGE potential as can be easily seen.
Currently the site has 2000 scripts submitted by people (on site and on the server), of which 657 demos are already setup.
The site also has 26186 scripts in the offsite section, which is a very massive directory.
REVENUE:
Now as you can see on the front page of the site, it has generated $13770 in sales. This is a live number that updates automatically after each purchase (well every paypal purchase). Now, of this number, about $4000 belonged to other programmers, and the rest is from my scripts. The winner will receive full resale rights to all my scripts, including my Kings of Chaos clone. Also, some programmers dont request their money so basically you get to keep it unless they request it.
Also, for this month the site has made about $2-$5 a day from google adsense.

Now, this site is VERY new and has already generated a pretty decent income, and would only grow from here. Waiting for the next google update as well as page rank updates, because I am sure this site will move up in everything. Remember at the beginning when the site was first launched, there was no income, so you cant assume it makes the above over a 9-10 month period but rather only over a few months.
Also please remember the winning bidder will receive resale rights to all the scripts I have on the site.
