Selling A Valid PR8, Very Rare To Find In The Market Really, Yes It is a Real PR8 Domain

(X m P r o f DOT com) (Remove Bracket and Space)

Reg'd at Godaddy

Quick Bin $9999 Or Smart Offers

Pyment Via Escrow.com (Fee On Buyer)

I don't see the PR8 ... it's PR0

may i ask a question? how long will this pagerank last for? will it change in the next update?

Registered in 2010, 1 year old domain, 1492 incoming links, non outgoing.

Now, only 2 incoming links.

Thread should be entitled Watch a PR8 suddenly drop to PRnothing.

I stand corrected it is now showing PR8 but I was not lying my toolbar showed it as zero must have been the same thing that the other guy saw who posted too.

Definitely NOT a PR8. New domain, no data in Archive.org.

Ditto. I also checked archive.org.

If nothing is showing that is a clear indication that there is NO HISTORY associated with this name.

Pls check

Google.com is the daddy not .com.pk ... that's his pet puppy.

Just wondering why would you be using .com.pk when you're in Canada or am I missing something. I would think you'd be using .ca or .com instead. Anyways I checked it again and still no 8 balls. Sorry.

Alexa has it as Global Rank of 4,859,580 USA Rank of 516,646

My own site with a real Google Page Rank of 5 does better in the USA

The Google Page Rank of 8 did show up on my toolbar, but I would GUESS it's more due to black SEO than real links.

I would GUESS that the PR8 was obtained by "borrowing" (hacking) a real PR8 or PR9 site and doing a redirect to XMprof, which passes some or all of the pagerank. http://www.quickonlinetips.com/archives/2011/05/301-redirects-lose-google-juice-pagerank/

The Pagerank will disappear when the "borrowed" site is returned.

I mean seriously, if you are going to try to sell a PR8 site, it has to look close to a PR8. You could pass off a 5, 6, or 7 as an 8, but what kind of person trys to pass off a 0, 1 or 2 as an 8. I would suggest a more honest line of work before you end up doing 8 months.

I guess you could have been suckered into buying a "real" PR8 domain by some other con artist? In which case, reverse your payment ASAP.

Did this, xmprof.com, just sell for $155 on Godaddy?

From Google's cashed pages, it looks like it was promoted off-Godaddy as a PR8

i think my post got removed :( ... regrets for any offence if felt by any! the same has now been said by many.

I suppose it could also have been an HONEST MISTAKE by Google.

LIke if you see a typo in a car advertisment that a minvan gets 222 miles per gallon instead of 22 miles per gallon.

People do have bots that search the web for dropping domains with high PageRank or High Number of links. But if you write a progam to find the minivan with the highest miles per gallon, one would want to doublecheck the high outliers - anything over 50 miles per gallon.

Everyone makes mistakes. I once put a collection of very old watches I inherited up for sale on eBay. One of the watches turned out to be a fake, which I quickly delisted.
