Yeah I know there are a lot of viagra names trying to cash in on the actual product viagra but I thought this would be a bit more specific given we are talking about a specific product other than viagra (see articles above).

most likely a TM issue as it is the "name" of the new beverage being marketed.

As far as I can see there is no actual drink or product called "viagra pop" it's just the term they are using to describe these types of drinks - similar to "alcopops" that were/are all the rage.

I may be "misreading" the article. (cut & paste below)

The vodka-based drinks, which have been labeled "Viagrapops," use herbal infusions which are said to have an aphrodisiac effect. They are expected to sell up to 120 million bottles in their first year alone.

I took that "labeled" term as the label on the product... i could be wrong..

Try to sell it for a few hundred too the firms listed in the article.

I've sold a TM name in the past for $500..
