This is one of those sites that you just forget about and it's in need of a serious update so I figure I'll see what it's worth.

Assuming the content doesn't come with the site, and it gets 75-100 visitors a day what would you value it at?

I don't have a break down of my stats for individual sites, but I'm sure it makes more than that per month in rev. I guess if I wanted to sell it based on traffic/rev I'd have to track it properly.

But even with no traffic I wouldn't let a strong gaming keyword like that go for such a low price, even if it is hypenated
