Well, we have absolutely no time to promote this site or eek a proper income from it so we will see if we can get a decent price for it.

The stats that make this a GEM:
The site is Numero Uno in Google and MSN for Amazing Videos even above Metacafe, Google Videos and YouTube. It lies on the first page in Yahoo. The keywords are the second best in the industry after 'funny videos'.
The traffic is 90% derived form pure Search Engine natural positions.
People stay on the site an average of just below 8 minutes! This is good, check your own site stats as a comparison.
Over 3/4 of the traffic is US based. the rest mostly Oz, Brit and Canada.
The site has 1840 members at time of writing.
90% of visitors add the site to their favorites!
Its ever growing.
Not so good stats:
We've kinda left this site alone for several months. It has no means to gain income apart from 2 paid links that approached us totalling $20 a month.
we've stick one gamebanner on it and thats it!
Our intention WAS to put PPC on the site, add some paid for text links from a couple of the many brokers and target related sites for onsite advertising.
We also would have liked to add online games, jokes and funny pictures and perhaps live chat to further enhance the site and make best use of the natural targetted traffic.

With the right committment I cant see why thi site couldnt be a major contender. If you have the time and throw some promotion and marketing at it then it will do very nicely for you given its natural position and strength.
